kvm switches, are they hot swappable?
can I plug another computer into it, turn the tower on and run with it or would I have to reset the switch every time?
USB KVMs are, PS2 KVMs may be. (Normally you can't change a PS2 keyboard or mouse without rebooting, but adding a computer shouldn't affect the switch or the other computers. Shouldn't - no guarantee.)
