Stacking Switch Tested

I'm wiring a barn with a triple circuit 2 on 1 jumper, 1 on other, need help troubleshooting.?
double circuit on single jumper consists of 2 double switched circuits, one running north wall lights one running south wall lights, both circuits are working correctly at each switch, however, if i turn on power at one switch, i cannot remove it at the other switch, also, in order for the south wall lights to turn on, i have to have the north wall lights on, what am i doing wrong?
Other problem is on a seperate circuit, have a single gang, double stacked switch, 1 is working the current inside lights (works fine), second switch is for a new porch light, ran the wiring it's connected properly, however i'm getting no power to the light assy, tried 3 different brand new light assy's. Tested the switch with the current indoor lights and it works fine, also tried hot wiring the lights to the incomming power and no dice, i'm getting frustrated and am totally stumped any ideas?
